Exchange and return 
Products purchased at www.haasmaakt.nl may be exchanged or returned. 
Products that are sent back to be exchanged must be undamaged and complete and dispatched at the customer’s expense. Haasmaakt will dispatch the exchanged products (once only) at its own expense. 
When products are returned, Haasmaakt first checks that they are complete, undamaged and in proper condition and then re-transfers the invoiced amount to the customer’s bank account within 30 days. 
Exchanges and returns can only be processed if a return form is filled in and enclosed with the package. You can request a return form by e-mailing info@haasstore.com
The returned goods will be accepted if: 

  • they are returned within 7 working days of delivery to the customer.
  • they are still in the original state, have not been worn (neatly folded), have not 
    been washed, and are sent back in the original packaging with all the cards and labels still attached. Haasmaakt cannot accept returned goods if the "seal" of the label has been removed or the cord has been severed.
  • the risk of returning (dispatching)goods is borne by the customer.
  • the return form is enclosed with the package. A returned order cannot be processed without a return form.
