General terms and conditions
This section contains the general terms and conditions of sale, payment and delivery applied by Haasmaakt, located in Amstelveen (The Netherlands) and registered under no. 53483855 at the Chamber of Commerce in Hoofddorp. Haasmaakt seeks to maintain good relations with its customers and wishes to engage in clear business agreements as set out in its terms and conditions. The general terms and conditions apply to all transactions entered into with Haasmaakt. When you order goods from Haasmaakt you automatically accept its terms and conditions. Clothing produced by Haasmaakt is of superior quality and can be purchased only in our online store. Our general terms and conditions comply with the Distance Selling Act (Wet Koop op afstand), which has been in force in the Netherlands since 1 February 2001.
The product prices are in euros, including VAT, and excluding handling and postage costs and any other taxes or duties, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing.
Offers are valid while stocks last. Products that are not in stock cannot be ordered. So it is a case of ‘first come, first served’. You pay the price quoted on www.haasstore.com when you order.
Payment is effected by any of the secure payment methods provided by SEOshops.
Haasmaakt charges different rates for handling and postage, determined by the location of shipment. Your order will be sent in an envelope or a package depending on the volume and number of items. Orders may not be personally collected or returned unless specific arrangements have been made to this effect with Haasmaakt.
The handling and postage costs for orders in the Netherlands are €6.75 (+ €1.30 by recorded delivery).
Normally, your order will be delivered within seven working days of receipt of payment. You will receive an e-mail telling you that it is on its way.
Orders are sent by PostNL, who bears full responsibility for the delivery process. Haasmaakt is not accountable for damaged or misplaced orders or for any other problems that arise during delivery.
Exchange and return
Products purchased at www.haasstore.com may be exchanged or returned.
Products that are sent back to be exchanged must be undamaged and complete and dispatched at the customer’s expense. Haasmaakt will dispatch the exchanged products (once only) at its own expense.
When products are returned, Haasmaakt checks first that they are complete, undamaged and in proper condition and then re-transfers the invoiced amount to the customer’s bank account within 30 days.
Exchanges and returns can only be processed if a return form is filled in and enclosed with the package. You can request a return form by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
The returned goods will be accepted if:
- they are returned within 7 working days of delivery to the customer.
- they are still in the original state, have not been worn (neatly folded), have not
been washed, and are sent back in the original packaging with all the cards and labels still attached. Haasmaakt cannot accept returned goods if the "seal" of the label has been removed or the cord has been severed.
- the risk of returning (dispatching)goods is borne by the customer.
- the return form is enclosed with the package. A returned order cannot be processed without a return form.
This site has been compiled with the utmost care and attention. Haasmaakt cannot, however, discount the possibility that some information may not be entirely accurate and/or complete. Haasmaakt is not accountable for the consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information on its website. Haasmaakt is not responsible for typing, typesetting and/or printing errors whereby an incorrect selling price might be inadvertently quoted. In such cases, Haasmaakt will correct the error as soon as possible. All products in the Haasmaakt range meet stringent standards and criteria for children’s articles. Haasmaakt cannot, however, be held accountable for any damage of a physical, material or non-material nature that might ensue from a malfunction or from incorrect use of products sold by Haasmaakt. All Haasmaakt products bear a label with washing instructions which the customer is expected to adhere to. Never iron a print. Haasmaakt is not accountable for differences in colour due to the quality of screens. The actual position and size of the print on a garment may differ slightly from the way it appears on the site. Haasmaakt cannot be held accountable in such instances. Prints which are damaged as a result of use are no longer covered by the Haasmaakt guarantee.
In the event of force majeure Haasmaakt is not obliged to honour any commitment whatsoever to the customer. Force majeure is understood as circumstances for which Haasmaakt is not to blame.
In the event of force majeure Haasmaakt has the right, at its own discretion, to suspend the execution of an order or to terminate an agreement without judicial intervention.
Haasmaakt will always inform you of any such developments in writing.
All personal details are for the sole use of Haasmaakt and will not be passed on to third parties unless necessary for payment and delivery purposes.

Haasmaakt will do its best to answer your e-mail within 24 hours and to solve complaints as soon as possible. Complaints must be submitted within one month of the purchase date and with the original invoice.
We regret that we cannot process complaints which are submitted without the original invoice (on Haasmaakt stationery).
Haasmaakt has the right at all times to amend these terms and conditions and to change the content of the website.
